Associate Tech Lead – .NET (5–7 years)

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in .NET development to join our engineering team. You will collaborate with architects and stakeholders on the design and delivery of scalable, production-grade applications.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts and design patterns.
• Extensive hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core / C#.
• .NET Aspire – hands-on experience building and orchestrating cloud-ready, distributed applications.
• Entity Framework Core (EF Core) – data modeling, migrations, and query optimization.
• Strong working knowledge of at least one relational database: SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience using LINQ for querying and manipulating data, with a solid understanding of database design/normalization.
• Solid hands-on exposure to Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, or Azure AD).
• Strong grasp of REST API development, consumption, and API design best practices.
• Experience with SignalR for building real-time, bi-directional communication features.
• Experience with .NET Identity for authentication and authorization.
• Proficiency with Git or other version control systems, including branching strategies and code review workflows.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in production environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET, applying .NET Aspire for distributed/cloud-native architectures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following OOP principles and established design patterns.
• Write and maintain unit and integration test cases to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Use EF Core for data modeling, migrations, and performance-tuned data access.
• Work with SQL Server/PostgreSQL for data modeling, complex queries, and performance tuning.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on Azure.
• Drive Git best practices across the team, including branching strategy and code review standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Unit testing and debugging production issues.
• Document technical designs and maintain code quality standards.

• Exposure to front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Exposure to Power Apps for building low-code business applications.
• Exposure to Power Automate (Cloud or Desktop flows) for process automation.
• Basic understanding of SharePoint integration.

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience in .NET development.
• Strong analytical, communication, and mentoring skills.
